Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid - minimum of 3 days in the office per week (Monday - Friday)

Role Overview:
In this newly created role, as an experienced People Manager, you will be required to manage, motivate, develop, and drive the sales team to exceed sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of accuracy, and reduce errors and financial leakage.
This role will involve having 9 direct reports.

What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of Villa Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and individual development.
- Encourage a culture that thrives on change and continual improvement.
- Accountability for meeting and exceeding sales and service targets.
- Monitor KPIs to assess team and individual sales & service performance, identify trends and barriers, and take steps to maximise opportunities and minimise negative impacts.
- Encourage autonomy and decision-making, empowering your team to own their performance and development.
- Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance, identifying areas for development and working with the Senior Sales Manager on improvement plans.
- Cultivate engagement and motivation, addressing performance issues through regular 1-1s, coaching, feedback, and quality monitoring.
- Provide tailored training and development to meet each Villa Specialist's personal growth needs.
- Act on customer feedback to address service delivery issues, providing necessary actions and feedback to the team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and adopt a solution-oriented approach to enhance our sales and service proposition.
- Detect sales trends and barriers, delivering feedback to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, collaborating to resolve cross-departmental issues and sharing critical insights.
- Maintain comprehensive system, product, and process knowledge to support your team effectively.
- Create a productive and enjoyable work environment.
- Support the Senior Sales Manager and Senior Customer Support Executive in delivering the CV Villas Service Model vision.
- Conduct weekly team updates, providing performance and business updates, and gathering feedback on sales barriers.
- Collaborate with the Senior Villa Specialist and Senior Sales Manager to develop and communicate incentives for improvement.
- Promote the Sales Team within the business.
- Ensure the sales team meets SLAs and prioritises customer communication.
- Work with the Senior Sales Manager to design and implement outbound campaigns to drive client retention and revenue.
- Assist with post-sales customer complaints alongside the Senior Customer Support Executive and Customer Service Manager as needed.
- Support the sales team in handling enquiries through various channels, including phone calls, web, and written enquiries when required.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all bookings, minimising errors, client dissatisfaction, and revenue loss.
- Adapt quickly to and support the introduction of new company policies and industry changes.
General:
- Act as a supportive and diligent team member, assisting with customers and aiding other departments as needed.
- Maintain expertise in the company booking system and product knowledge to handle enquiries effectively.
- Stay updated on current marketing campaigns and communicate these clearly to the team.
- Maximise familiarisation trips by making notes and taking photos, and assist in organising these trips when required.
- Inform key colleagues of any product-related issues, competitive insights, and urgent matters affecting sales.
- Act on customer feedback promptly where applicable to the Sales Team, and refer other feedback to relevant departments.
- Represent CV Villas at events, trade shows, networking, and training sessions as required.

- Serve as a brand ambassador, positively representing the group internally and externally.
