Customer Success Manager - UK

Your job What you do

  • As part of our busy Client Success team, you will manage your own portfolio of strategic clients
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customers take full advantage of all features and services resulting in strong customer health and retention
  • Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, through consistent communication and training
  • Build valuable relationships with key users in the customer's organization to enable a great customer experience and capture any concerns from a commercial perspective
  • Meet with clients in person, to learn more about how the product can assist them in their projects, and identify any upgrade/upsell opportunities
  • Create and maintain client files in CRM

Your skills Who you are

  • 2 years of building B2B relationships and/or focus on retention of client base
  • Former Client Success experience desirable
  • Ability to multi-task, trouble-shoot and solve problems whilst utilising multiple interfaces within a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail, exceptionally well organised, good at prioritising and juggling multiple work streams
  • You are comfortable with working through problems at a rapidly growing company
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional growth potential
