In this exciting role, you will deliver excellence in customer support and add-on sales. You will be based at home in the UK managing assigned accounts and working closely with the Customer Support team to deliver customer satisfaction. You will report through the UKI Customer Success Team Manager to the Sales Director.

  • You will be an expert in the Sectra products you sell and keep yourself updated as regards future products
  • Build and nurture relationships with c-level managers and influencers to become a trusted advisor delivering best practice solutions
  • Develop an understanding of the customer strategies aligning them to Sectra's solutions to acheive their goals
  • Work with customers to improve NPS scores
  • Travel extensively within your territory, with the possibility of weekend work and overnight stays away from home

In addition to these abilities, we also want you to:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other IT related field
  • Fluency in English
  • You value customer contact and thrive in a fast-paced technological environment
  • You are interested in the latest technologies, such as machine learning, cloud-based streaming applications, visualization, etc.
  • Ability to operate in a technical and very professional sales environment
  • Good overall business acumen, negotiation skills, market understanding and ability to build value-based customer relationships
  • Extensive IT know-how in order to fully understand your customers' needs and requirements
  • An outgoing personality and excellent ability to establish long-term business contacts

  • Have in-depth experience of PACS technologies, as well as radiology workflow and tools
  • Have experience of ITIL framework
