The Role
If you're looking for an exciting opportunity; working alongside a talented, dynamic team within a fast paced and growing agency; then you've come to the right place. We are now on the lookout for an experienced account manager to join our specialist Leisure & Lifestyle team. As an agency we work with an enviable client list including Diageo, Britvic, Marston's, Punch Pubs and Nivea.
What You'll Be Doing
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients by understanding their needs and business objectives, ensuring they feel confident in the agency's ability to deliver high-quality work
- Campaign Management: Overseeing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time and within budget, while managing multiple channels like promotions, digital activations and print.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights that help clients stay ahead in the Leisure & Lifestyle sector
- Internal Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with creative, social, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with the client's vision, involving briefing teams, project management, and providing constructive feedback
- Strategic Planning and Growth: Proactively identifying growth opportunities for clients, seeking ways to expand services or enhance campaign performance based on their evolving business needs and market conditions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' agency experience (you may be a current Account Manager who's ready for your next step or an Account Executive on their way up the ladder)
- Customer-centric, able to get inside the mind of the client to drive action
- Growth minded, with a hunger for learning
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial and able to think outside the box
- A champion of internal process, the ability to interrogate briefs and an appreciation that what you put in directly affects the end result
