As Vanta's CSM for DACH, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with Vanta's specialised solutions. By combining a customer-centric approach with product and security expertise, you will contribute to the success and satisfaction of Vanta's DACH customers, helping them achieve robust security and compliance outcomes, and promoting customer retention and account health.

Following Vanta's exponential growth over the past year, we are focused on providing world-class customer experience to a growing number of security-conscious software companies.

This is a hybrid role located in London.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's DACH customers through onboarding, implementation, and renewal, while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion within your book of business.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Vanta, advocating for their needs and priorities.
  • Guide customers toward specific business outcomes, aligned with their timelines.
  • Become a product expert in Vanta's platform, offering solutions to improve security posture via our compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP, and Custom Frameworks), Trust Reports, and Risk Management solutions.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors, leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and achieve mutual goals.

Success in This Role:

  • Based in the London area, able to commute to our London office 3 days a week.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success with a strong background in managing a large and diverse book of business at scale.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Effective collaboration skills to drive beneficial outcomes for both customers and Vanta.
  • Adaptable and action-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly empathetic, with a track record of achieving high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in security or compliance is preferred; a passion for learning and growth in this area is essential.
