Location: Remote | UK | base from £45k plus
OTE up to £95k

Our clients are a rapidly growing cybersecurity company serious about security and obsessed with success (our clients' success, that is!). They protect businesses from the internet's dark corners, and their Customer Success team is the backbone of this mission. As they expand, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager who's as dedicated to client happiness as they are to fighting cyber threats.

As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be the go-to hero for their clients-ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You'll build strong relationships, guide them through the product, and troubleshoot their challenges, all while demonstrating the language of trust and protection.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard new clients and help them integrate our solutions into their security stack like a pro
• Nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction
• Act as the voice of the customer internally-your feedback will help drive product improvements
• Train clients to be cybersecurity-savvy, showing them how to maximize our tools to keep their data safe
• Problem-solve like a cybersecurity detective, tackling any issues clients may face
• Regularly check in to ensure customers are protected and thriving, offering strategic insights and proactive support

What You'll Bring:

• A customer-first attitude with a passion for relationship building
• Experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (bonus points for cybersecurity know-how!) ️
• Excellent communication skills-you know how to make the complex simple
• Ability to work independently and own customer success like it's your personal mission
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail-you're always one step ahead ️
• A curious, solution-oriented mindset-you love solving puzzles (especially when it comes to customer challenges)
