Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in call center and customer service, as well as sales and marketing. This role is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Salary

£30,000 - £37,000 per annum

Location

Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office, Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our offerings to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze customer data to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide ongoing support and conduct regular check-ins with customers
  • Conduct video calls with clients
  • Management of 50 plus accounts
  • Reporting
  • Experience with the recruitment process of graduates
  • Leadership and a team player

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center and customer service roles
  • Strong background in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Day-to-Day

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
  • Track and report on customer success metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on maximizing the value of our products and services
