Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

With this in mind, we are now seeking an experienced BMS Operations Manager to join team. The role will report directly in to the Business Manager
This is a key role where you're responsible for ensuring the on time, within scope and within budget, delivery of support services, including additional small works, to our customers. This includes direct line management of Support Engineers who'll be maintaining, repairing, and upgrading customer systems.
As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage contracts valued at £1m+ annually, overseeing technical and commercial aspects to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Contribute to branch sales targets by driving orders, revenue, and margin for support contracts, injected works, and projects.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular contract reviews focused on growth and monitor financial performance, including contract wins/losses.
- Analyse historical data to support contract renewals, renegotiating unprofitable agreements and contributing to forecasting and budgeting.
What do I need?
- Extensive experience as an Operations Manager within the BMS Industry.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating teams, setting objectives, and driving performance.
- Demonstrated success in achieving operational objectives and budget goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and customers.
