What you'll do
- The expert/go to person for all topics concerning processes from cluster/countries within the region.
- Adopting customer centricity mindset and CSX strategy within day-to-day team interactions with stakeholders
- Identify and lead the implementation of regional initiatives, plans & pilot projects on target including risk management, focusing on process optimization and harmonization.
- Work proactively with CSX Country/Cluster Managers and CoE Regional Head to identify, evaluate and coordinate process improvement project opportunities in line with Global CSX strategy.
- Document, track change status and maintain updated process documentation in line with audit requirements and governance rules, providing trainings to enable compliance to standards.
- Ensure alignment with major stakeholders, e.g. Global SC team, AO Regional Supply Chain, GBS+, DX, Functions and Business Unit
- Steer GBS+ support for Signavio maintenance.
- Support business & SAP process changes, interacting with dX, connection with operational teams & key users.
What makes you a good fit
- A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills, planning & organisational skills.
- Previous experience within a customer service / Supply chain or related role.
- Order to Cash process knowledge is recommended
- Excellent problem solving and good influencing skills.
- High level of organisation, planning and project management skills.
- MS Office knowledge.
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage.
