CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - £30k

BASED: CHEADLE OFFICE (ON SITE)

The Role...

Our office manager will be highly organised and will thrive in our busy office environment. They will have excellent people skills as high levels of communication is critical.

They will be the lynchpin of our brand new (and beautiful) office in South Manchester. This is a dual role that focuses mainly on heading up our small but amazing customer service team, but we also need you to ensure our office to run smoothly.

What you will be doing ...

  • Lead and manage our small customer service team to ensure we provide high-quality, efficient, and consistent customer support to our families and partner schools.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures aimed at improving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service levels.
  • Handle customer enquiries and issues, including our customer service helpline, ensuring timely resolution and using feedback to improve services and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the office and customer service functions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales & Operations) to ensure the customer service team is aligned with the broader company goals
  • To be responsible for maintaining systems, keeping accurate records and managing data in line with GDPR. Ideally experienced with Hubspot or other CRM systems
  • To support other departments with daily administration tasks that will ensure smooth running of the business.
  • To support the organisation with booking of meetings, social events, training and travel
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our central support office, ensuring a smooth, clean and efficient working environment, including facilities management, social event planning, office supplies, and liaising with vendors.

Essential

  • Experience in leading and managing people
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Detail orientated
  • Highly organised
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experienced with using CRM systems

Desirable

  • Experienced using Hubspot
  • Previously worked within Primary Education/Childcare
