What You’ll Do

  • First Point of Contact - Provide assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected. 

  • Exceptional Service - Deliver outstanding customer service with dedication and understanding. 

  • Personalised Interactions - Tailor each interaction across multiple communication channels to meet individual customer needs. 

  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to meet client needs and expectations. 

  • Build relationships - With stakeholders and customers to identify and address their needs. 

What We Can Offer

  • Starting Salary - £25,500 

  • Flexible Working - To help balance work with other commitments.  

  • 35 hour week - 7 hour shifts over 5 days per week  

  • After training - Option to work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

  • Shift pattern - Between 7am and 11pm, with most shift hours between 8am and 8pm including some weekends.
