Job Title : Customer Satisfaction and Quality Manager

Location: Leeds, UK

Mission and responsibilities:

  1. Lead Quality Function: Ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality operations, including planning, resource allocation for supply, manufacturing, system quality, customer service
  2. Advise Management: Provide guidance on quality issues and uphold defined quality standards for materials and services.
  3. Improve Processes: Implement techniques to monitor and enhance processes, ensuring economic efficiency and continuous improvement through programs like Lean Six Sigma.
  4. Champion Customer Focus: Represent customer interests, improve the customer experience, and communicate with external customers on quality matters.
  5. Manage Teams and Systems: Oversee the Quality Management System, lead the Site Engineers, manage quality-related processes, and drive global quality directives.
  6. People Management: Set goals, manage performance, develop competencies, and ensure employee well-being.
  • Experience managing customer interactions.
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing quality management programs for continuous improvement
  • Ability to identify and monitor feedback from customers and employees to improve business systems and processes
  • Skilled at engaging employees at all levels to gather insights and implement changes
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred but not essential)
