Organisation: Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)
Work Location: ESPO, Grove Park, Barnsdale Way, Leicester LE19 1ES
Salary: £43,860 - £47,829 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time)
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to develop and foster relationships with key energy customers and stakeholders. If so, ESPO is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to sit within the Energy category team and increase the business opportunities for all aspects the team's framework portfolio.
About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
• Proven account management experience, including relationship building, developing and managing a network of contacts
• Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels, using written and verbal means, including making presentations
• Ability to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies
• Strong skills in using systems for data collection and interpretation
• An understanding of the public sector landscape, including how frameworks are used, is deemed desirable for this role, but not mandatory
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
