Job Title: Customer Relations Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: 12 months fixed term contract
Salary: £32,118 per annum
Location: Mayflower Court, Southampton (72 bed care home)

What does it mean to be a Customer Relations Manager?

  • Be the face of our care home - As the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, you'll be instrumental in building relationships with prospective residents and their families. Your friendly and empathetic approach will help turn queries into completed sales and ensure our care home is always buzzing with activity.
  • Drive Success - Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate customer enquiries, support occupancy levels, and help our home meet KPI's and targets.
  • Community Engagement - You'll be a key player in our community outreach efforts, creating initiatives that strengthen our relationships and presence in the local community.

  • Care Expertise - A complete understanding of the needs of older people, dementia care and person-centred care.
  • Problem Solving - You're a strategic thinking who can critically analyse data, identify challenges, and develop plans to address them.
  • People Skills - Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders.
