Job Description
The Apprentice Customer Project Manager is responsible for delivering customer projects for an assigned product and/ or service scope. The Project Manager will manage project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.

Location: Hybrid in Bristol, UK
Responsibilities
They will be responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance and the overall end-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.
Throughout the Apprenticeship, you will learn & acquire knowledge and skills to become a Project Manager and be part of a team of professionals who have been delivering projects and deployment rollouts, for many years.
The Apprenticeship Programme is designed to bring you up to speed as a customer facing project manager/ rollout manager learning in a safe environment with strong support from your line manager, assigned task manager and mentor. The academic learning will enhance your knowledge and skills which will be strengthened by applying them to live customer facing project environments.

We are looking for a confident, energetic individual looking for a career in Project Management, with a proactive attitude & team player, and of course, a willingness to learn!
You will learn and contribute under the guidance of the Customer Programme Manager or Rollout Manager to:
- Manage a project or a deployment rollout and propose corrective actions using a standard Project Management Plan
- Allocate tasks and priorities as needed
- Work with people from different departments/teams
- Manage project actions, issues and risks
- Make sure that effective project communication & governance is implemented
- Set up project reports and meetings
- Contribute to project reviews
- Provide standard project documentation
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs, including 4/C or above for Maths & English
- Education: A levels or a level 3 qualification (apprenticeship or BTEC in a relatable subject), or 48 UCAS points
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Can do & curious attitude
- Customer focus approach
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Therefore you must ensure that you are eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship and on a long term basis without sponsorship in order to be considered for this role.
