The Role: Customer Marketing Executive

The Customer Marketing Executive at Justerini & Brooks will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury brands, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
• Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results.

Customer Engagement:

• Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Create personalized marketing communications that resonate with our high-net-worth clientele.
• Organize exclusive events and experiences for key customers.

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and positioning.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular M&E reports on marketing performance for senior management review.

Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track expenditures against budgets and provide financial forecasts as needed.

About you:

• A genuine passion for wine is essential; strong wine knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Experience within the wine or spirits business will set you apart.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is vital.
• Strong IT skills are required; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is particularly important.
• Self-starter with high levels of resilience, agility & passion.
• Strong project management skills; ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who can distill key insights & frame problems/solutions coherently; must be fast & agile under pressure.
