Customer Liaison Officer

As a Customer Liaison Officer, we are looking for someone to:

  • Review and process corporate loan applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate
  • Deal directly with customers to verify information, and process application details on the required systems, to ensure compliance with internal requirements
  • Work closely with Corporate Sales Managers to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan processing and approval
  • Deliver best-in-class service to our corporate clients, prioritising their needs and satisfaction
  • Handle all data entry for new cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in data processing role where you have been responsible to support a process through to completion
  • Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
