Opportunity

In the last 12 months, OQC has achieved the world's first integration of a quantum computer into a colocation data centre and launched the world's first enterprise-ready quantum computing platform. As we continue to expand our reach and solidify our market presence, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture our client relationships and contribute to our ongoing success. This role is vital for maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Role

As a Customer Experience Manager at OQC, you will be a key player in maintaining our company's relationship with its clients. You will:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understanding client use cases and technical requirements to ensure they get the most out of our quantum computing solutions
  • Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and resolve client issues, acting as the liaison between the customer and internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to expand their usage of our products, thereby driving customer retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Developing customer success resources and processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or feedback.

Skills + experience

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role within a high-tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and align them with product offerings to drive success
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues and ensuring their resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and product development teams
  • Experience in managing customer success metrics, understanding key performance indicators, and using them to drive success strategies.
  • A strong understanding of the quantum computing industry and its technical aspects is desirable but not essential
