Salary: Up to £48,000 per year.
Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.
Location: Bristol (hybrid) We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter.

What you will be doing
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be a pivotal part of the team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead our core marketing operations, overseeing campaign planning, and managing a high-performing team of four. You'll bring people together, drive forward planning and efficiency, and ensure the team stays focused, supported, and strategically aligned.
You'll be the operational heartbeat of the marketing function, leading our sprints, standups, and planning meetings, while championing a clear, process-driven approach. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and knows how to build a strong, collaborative team culture.
Main Responsibilities
Team leadership & management:
- Line manage a team of four marketers across content, PR, paid, and performance
- Create a culture of feedback, growth, and care through 1-1s, coaching, and professional development support
- Be a hands-on leader - present, engaged, and a strong voice for your team
Marketing operations & strategic planning:
- Lead sprint planning and standups, managing team capacity and priorities
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure strategic forward planning across channels and campaigns that align with business objectives and cross-departmental initiatives
- Introduce and optimise processes to help the team work more efficiently and collaboratively
Campaign and project management:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring strategic campaigns and projects from idea to execution
- Collaborate across the business, especially with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts and improve cross-functional impact
- Ensure performance reporting is built into everything we do, helping the team learn and iterate
Brand leadership:
- Bring brand experience to the table, helping to evolve and uphold our brand identity across all channels
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and creative output
Essential Skills / Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong and demonstrable experience leading, managing and developing a high-performing marketing team, ideally within the B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally with a background in brand and a sharp eye for creative and messaging.
- Experience running agile-style sprints or marketing project planning cycles
- A process-driven operator who can keep multiple plates spinning without losing sight of the bigger picture
- A confident communicator with a coaching mindset
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as HubSpot
- Experience working with analytics tools and an understanding of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads
- Commercial acumen and a strategic approach, with experience developing and executing revenue-generating campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics and the ability to interpret trends and insights to drive decision-making
- Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally
