KPMG is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Marketing Enablement Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex marketing transformations, driving impactful change, and delivering measurable results. This role will focus on marketing enablement, empowering our clients to leverage technology and best practices to optimise their marketing operations and achieve their business goals.
In this client facing role, you will use our pre-built assets, robust methodology and technology alliances to enable greater speed to value for our clients and support us in growing our revenue stream and Practice now and for the long term.
Whilst we anticipate continuing to work in a hybrid model, sharing working days between the KPMG office and home, this role may require travelling within the UK or abroad to meet specific client demands.
What will you be doing?
- Play a key role in bidding, winning and delivering marketing transformation engagements of significant size and scope
- Support the day-to-day delivery lead on front office transformation and marketing enablement projects from requirements gathering workshops all the way through to post-implementation support and adoption analysis
- Work as part of a delivery team to identify client problems and shape customer-centric solutions leveraging data and insights
- Help clients focus on generating value through their front-office investments, with a clear performance focus and value creation
- Input into developing business cases and benefits tracking as part of client engagements
- Work with our technology teams to prototype, test, integrate key technology solutions
- Develop and implement marketing enablement strategies: Design and execute strategies to improve marketing processes, workflows, and technology adoption.
- Conduct marketing technology assessments: Evaluate existing marketing technology stack, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Support client teams with best practices, tools, and processes to enhance their marketing capabilities.
- Develop and manage marketing enablement assets: Create and maintain marketing enablement resources, such as templates, guides, and best practice documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest marketing enablement trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to thought leadership: Develop and share insights and perspectives on marketing enablement through articles, presentations, and other channels.
- Support the Customer leadership team and Consulting Market Leaders to build and action Go-To-Market plans within their industry, focussed on target clients
What will you need to do it?
- From a consulting, marketing, technology services or industry-based background with experience of designing, building and delivering solutions
- Exposure to customer-centric marketing or ecommerce transformation programmes, ideally with an understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce and consumer data
- Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous situations
Key Skills;
- Experience leading workstreams and associated deliverables for internal or external clients
- Experience working with corporate organisations, in Retail, CPG, Energy & Utilities, Telco Media sectors
