As our current Curriculum Area Manager prepares for a well-deserved retirement, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to continue the legacy of excellence in our Preparation for Life (PfL) curriculum area. Key Responsibilities

The Curriculum Area Manager (CAM) will provide strong and positive leadership to the Preparation for Life (PfL) curriculum area within our independent specialist college of further education. You will support the ongoing development and delivery of a high-quality curriculum provision, that meets the needs of a wide range of students, ensuring our students have an exceptional learning experience and achieve positive outcomes. You will lead and manage the Tutors within your curriculum area to ensure a high standard of teaching and organisation, that meets the requirements of the ESFA funded curriculum provision. You will report to the Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning, working collaboratively to ensure the curriculum area is planned, recorded, monitored and impact assessed to meet the student needs.
