Candidate Profile
The post holder will be skilled in understanding the requirements set by relevant legislation and codes of practice in place and will work towards the continues strengthening of the college's curriculum offer for SEND. They will be confident engaging with a wide range of relevant stakeholders to shape our offer to local needs, engage target groups, and deliver high quality outcomes for learners and partners.
You will be supported to undertake professional development activities and further training and be a designated safeguarding officer. You will receive a comprehensive induction and support throughout your role.
