Are you ready to help shape the future of our organisation? We're thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Culture and Engagement Manager to join our team. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in shaping and embedding our culture, supporting Rotork's long-term strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Culture and Inclusion, you'll collaborate with the wider HR team. Together, we'll support the development and deployment of a multi-year program aimed at transforming our culture.

As the Culture and Engagement Manager will play a key role in supporting our cultural transformation across our global organisation. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating key initiatives related to employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition. By creating practical content and resources, you'll actively support our people initiatives and assess their impact on the overall employee experience. Additionally, you'll identify, build, and analyse data and metrics throughout the employee lifecycle, tracking our progress on this exciting journey.

This great opportunity would suit an individual who has the enthusiasm to develop and deploy global programmes driving cultural change, engagement or diversity, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience Required:

• Have experience of working in HR, L&D, D&I, Engagement or Talent environment, whilst developing and managing global Culture, ED&I or Engagement initiatives
• Manage and deliver complex people projects through to completion effectively

• Will be a positive, engaged and passionate self-starter focused on delivering end results
• Has the ability to think at a strategic level developing practical solutions, partnered with a hands-on approach
• Excellent business partnering approach, with strong collaboration, listening and influencing skills across all levels of the business
• Will be an excellent communicator and storyteller
• Able to use and understand data to make decisions. Comfortable working in the detail
