Overview
What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a Cultural Analyst to help connect some of the UK's most loved brands to culture.
Sitting within Data & Analytics, you'll work closely with planners to fuel strategy, briefs and always-on work with sharp, relevant insight. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes culture - able to turn the noise of the internet into something clear, useful, and creatively inspiring.
You'll:
- Analyse social, search and digital data through a cultural lens, turning conversations into meaningful insight
- Work with strategists to understand emerging trends, shifting narratives, and audience behaviour
- Support and shape PopPulse , our ongoing cultural research programme
- Bring insight into briefs and strategies, making them richer, sharper, and more human
- Work across multiple clients, applying a cultural lens to different categories
- Own and deliver a weekly cultural newsletter, sharing trends, observations, and your point of view
Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Social-first thinker with hands-on experience of social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch)
- Deeply plugged into culture - from mainstream to subculture
- Obsessed with social - always spotting what's new, and knowing what matters
- Strong analytical skills, confident working with data and telling a clear story
- Broad research toolkit (qual, quant, desk research)
- A clear, confident communicator, able to bring insight to life for teams and clients
