The ideal candidate requires excellent commercial experience, a passion for Crop Nutrition, combined with drive and enthusiasm to perform.

Reporting to the Head of Crop Nutrition Services (our retail fertilizer business) we are seeking a Farm Account Manager to join our commercial team, covering Lincs/Notts/East and South Yorkshire.

The successful candidates will be home based and have specific responsibility for the sale and promotion of Yara products, digital tools and services within their territory.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Make an Impact: You will be at the forefront of selling our cutting-edge liquid fertilizers, helping arable farmers in the specified regions unlock the full potential of their crops.
  • Build Relationships: Forge lasting connections with farmers, providing them with personalized advice and tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Drive Growth: With the support of our world-class products and resources, you will have the freedom to develop and execute creative sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Leverage your background in agriculture to become a trusted advisor to farmers, offering valuable insights and expertise to help them succeed in today's dynamic agricultural landscape.

Profile

  • Background in agriculture with a deep understanding of arable farming practices.
  • Proven track record in sales within the agricultural sector, preferably selling fertilizers or related products.
  • FACTS qualification is essential (training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference in agriculture
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
