CRM System Manager

Permanent, 37 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced CRM System Manager to lead the ongoing development of the University's student recruitment CRM system. As the system owner, you will oversee the strategic roadmap, system governance, data flows, fulfilment of marketing activity, and reporting to ensure our CRM delivers sector-leading experiences for prospective students.

You'll bring:

• Strong experience managing corporate CRM systems in a complex organisation
• Expertise in CRM workflows, data governance, automation and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience of leading projects
