What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Developing and delivering acquisition CRM annual and quarterly strategies and plans across the individual Financial Services business areas, and secure optimal scheduling to support business objectives
  • Developing and delivering plans for all suitable communications (e.g., reward mailings, email, mobile, mail and social media) to ensure customer experience meets contractual commitments and business goals, as well as managing reporting for continuous improvement
  • Managing the overall acquisition CRM marketing and campaign planning runways for Financial Services within M&S. This includes designing the strategy and creative delivery, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Campaign marketing managers to ensure an aligned and customer-centric plan
  • Working closely with CRM colleagues across broader M&S to agree optimal CRM activities for FS across all CRM channels. Managing opportunities on behalf of M&S to optimise CRM to the existing FS bases to meet respective business unit requirements
  • Evolving a simpler, better, cheaper acquisition CRM WOW across the business. Moving to more personalised and automated CRM activity, linking in with the wider Data and Digital teams. Working closely with the data insights team to learn about our customers and channels to influence future marketing plans
