Ready to help redefine customer experiences, where CRM and creativity come together?
Help shape the future of customer connections as we move beyond traditional communications and embrace CRM and digital programmes designed to deliver meaningful experiences.
As a CRM Manager - up to 8 months FTC, you'll shape and deliver market-leading, customer-centric campaigns that make a real difference. You'll take ownership of the execution, optimisation, and monitoring of multi-channel CRM campaigns aligned with our annual plan. These campaigns will span acquisition and retention, business-to-business and business-to-consumer and will use a variety of direct media including email, mobile, and direct mail. You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of targeted campaigns, briefing our technical developer team to ensure accurate audience selection, segmentation, and dynamic content placement.
You'll oversee ongoing programmes, keeping them on track to meet deadlines while maintaining exact validation of workflows and customer selections. Accuracy is key, and you'll proactively refine processes to drive continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll monitor budgets and expenditure, ensuring campaigns remain efficient and effective.
Collaboration is central to the role. You'll work closely with the Creative team to brief new campaigns and content changes and manage relationships with third-party providers such as data services agencies and print and fulfilment partners. You'll monitor performance trends closely and share valuable insights with stakeholders to guide future activity.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Marketing or CRM, with proven experience delivering multi-channel, data-driven campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign. You'll have an analytical approach and a focused, structured way of working, alongside effective project management and planning experience.
A solid understanding of GDPR requirements is essential, as is the ability to work at pace, often managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines. You'll be naturally inquisitive, with a drive for continuous improvement, and confident in navigating complexity and ambiguity. Strong analytical skills will help you interpret data, spot trends, and make informed decisions that shape future campaigns.
