Description
We're seeking a proactive and strategic CRM Manager to lead the development and delivery of CRM programmes across a portfolio of leading financial institutions. In this pivotal role, you will shape data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement, deepen loyalty, and maximise lifetime value. You'll serve as the primary client partner, owning end-to-end campaign planning and execution, while driving performance, innovation, and excellence across CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Planning:
Develop and lead CRM strategies aligned with client goals, customer lifecycle stages, and commercial objectives. - Client Liaison:
Act as the primary contact for clients, leading strategic conversations, campaign planning sessions, and delivering actionable post-campaign insights. - Campaign Management:
Oversee multichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS), driving continuous testing to optimise performance and customer experience. - Data & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour to develop post-campaign insights to drive continuous improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Tech and Insights to coordinate client campaign calendars to deliver commercial objectives.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a Campaign Management or Account Management is essential
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms is essential - experience with Braze is highly desirable. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital, or similar is also valuable.
- Demonstrated success in developing CRM strategies that improve customer engagement, and value.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-literate with strong analytical skills and experience using CRM performance data to drive decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
