We are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join the team at Disturbia and to take ownership of our retention marketing strategy and help nurture our growing customer base. Your purpose is to turn our first time customers into loyal advocates of the brand whilst delivering performance versus target.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer retention strategy across email, SMS & app marketing across both our UK and US storefronts
- Develop and maintain our automation flows and lifecycle communications via Klayvio
- A/B testing of campaigns to drive efficient growth by improving open rates, click through rates and ultimately conversions.
- Manage our email marketing calendar working closely with the E-commerce and design teams to drive trading performance
- Reporting & analysis of customer behaviour in terms of customer cohorts, loyalty and premier delivery customer and how the perform versus business goals.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on customer performance to key stakeholders across the business.
- Keep up to date with ongoing changes and industry change
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in overseeing driving customer retention, ideally for a D2C fashion ecommerce brand
- Expertise in Klayvio (or similar) ESP platform
- Experience using Google Analytics for reporting & analysis
- Proactive and results orientated who strives in fast growth environments
