Role: CRM Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Location: Southampton

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Customer Relation Management Systems.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in working with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams acting as a bridge between the technical and service innovation/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business.

You will also be required to lead CRM projects to drive business growth and develop ongoing training, implementation and communication plans to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams.

Responsibilities

CRM Implementation, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead on business and process change implementation, providing input and solutions in relation to the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Systems Manager and stakeholders to draft specifications for system requirements.
  • Customise the CRM to meet specific business needs, including configuring workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Create and keep user guides for new feature implementations and update existing guides for system changes.
  • Provide feedback and insights for ongoing system improvement.
  • Stay up to date with regular updates to systems and proactively find opportunities for enhancement.
  • Produce and deliver ongoing refresher training and training for new staff.
  • Provide initial helpdesk support for all users across the Group.
  • Train teams on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance, data hygiene, and system updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to streamline revenue processes.
  • Foster strong communication channels across departments.Work closely with the BD and marketing team to align revenue goals with marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.

Audits and reporting:

  • Generate insightful reports and dashboard to empower data-driven decision making.
  • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
  • Analyse usage trends and provide information to the Systems Manager, reporting on improper system usage.
  • Audit users to ensure correct system usage.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of CRM and other AVASK Systems.
  • Establish and keep controls to ensure data integrity within the CRM and other systems.
  • Ensure the approach to data integrity in the system is regularly reviewed and action taken to ensure consistency and reduce duplication or inaccuracy.
  • Refer system issues to the Systems Manager and CRM Consultant when needed and monitor to resolution.
  • Test configured systems pre-implementation.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CRM and other systems with other platforms.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage data analytics to uncover revenue trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise revenue streams.

Key skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, marketing, or revenue management.
  • Familiarity with financial and/or e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
