CRM/Digital Account Manager (12 month FTC)

Joining ITG as our new CRM/Digital Account Manager you will be delivering relevant, personalised, and exciting campaigns and communications for customers of one of our biggest retail clients; M&S.

You will be managing the end to end delivery of various CRM and digital campaigns in collaboration with the client teams and internal teams.

You'll be an adept campaign manager - used to collaborating across teams and maintaining a critical path and supporting throughout the process. Team management is absolutely essential, both internal teams and client teams to ensure SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end delivery of customer communications, including emails, banners, and push notifications. Work closely with teams to deliver into other channels including instore, onsite, paid, organic and ATL.
• Ensure all activity is delivered on time, to budget, or appropriate risks and mitigations have been communicated
• Find ways of improving executional efficiency across the team, and work with relevant teams to implement
• Maintain positive relationships with both client and internal teams
• Own the finance for your campaigns, ensuring that budget trackers and PO trackers are always fully up to date

Requirements

• Relevant experience and skillset in CRM and digital campaigns
• Problem solving - analytical skills, ability to direct, lead and deliver solutions that go beyond existing ways of doing things
• People & Leadership skills - communications, leadership and talent development skills.
• Experience of managing multiple campaigns at the same time
• Financial budgeting experience
