About the Role:
We're looking for a CRM & Data Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team based on our Chelmsford Campus for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop and own the CRM and marketing data strategy, leveraging campaign management tools, provide market insights, manage marketing automations and campaigns, monitor and report on campaign metrics and success of marketing projects.
The CRM & Data Manager will manage the CRM team and the day-to-day responsibilities including ownership over all CRM queries and to be the contact person for all B2C stakeholder enquiries for the CRM project.
Additionally, you'll work closely with the CRM project sponsors, the CRM project Manager, B2B stakeholder engagement Manager, Business Analysts and CRM Solutions Developers, to collaborate with the CRM project team and B2C stakeholders to support the development of the university's business facing CRM database 'Microsoft Dynamics 365' to drive forward the CRM for B2C.
You'll have a degree, plus demonstrable professional experience, or a relevant professional/degree level qualification appropriate to the specific role.
