Job Title: Email Marketing and CRM Manager
Location: Coalville

At NRS Healthcare, we are committed to improving people's quality of life. As a market leader in the supply and provision of daily living aids and rehabilitation products, we take pride in supporting customers on their health journeys. Whether it's an elderly customer looking for mobility aids, a family caring for a loved one, or a healthcare provider seeking specialist equipment, our mission is to make a positive impact every day.

In today's digital world, how we connect with our customers and support their needs has never been more important. That's why we're seeking an Email Marketing and CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in engaging our diverse customer base through thoughtful and data-driven email marketing and CRM strategies. You'll be at the heart of our mission, crafting messages and building relationships that improve lives.
Your Role in Our Story:

Imagine reaching out to someone in need of home care solutions, guiding them through their decision-making journey, or nurturing relationships with existing customers so they feel empowered in their choices. As our Email Marketing and CRM Manager, you won't just send out campaigns-you'll help tell the stories that matter most.

Working closely with various internal teams, you will design and implement campaigns that educate, inform, and build trust with our customers. You'll bring a data-driven approach to understanding our audience, continuously refining our communications to deliver real value to those who depend on us.

This role will challenge you to think deeply about the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Each email you craft, every CRM interaction you design, will help shape their experience-making sure they receive the right message at the right time.
What You'll Do:

Champion Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to craft lead generation and customer retention strategies that support the mission of NRS Healthcare.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that speak to our customers' needs, helping them discover the right solutions for their health and well-being.
  • Create targeted CRM campaigns that build stronger relationships, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your campaigns align with our broader business objectives and truly reflect our values.

Automate and Scale

  • You'll set up automation systems that take customers on a personalised journey, ensuring they receive timely and relevant communications throughout their lifecycle with us.
  • Use your knowledge of CRM to optimise the flow of leads to the sales team, improving efficiency and driving business growth.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues, working across departments to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Test, Learn, and Optimise

  • You'll be an expert in A/B testing, constantly seeking out opportunities to improve and refine our approach.
  • Use data to drive insights, helping us understand what resonates with our customers and how we can better serve them.
  • Collaborate with departments across NRS Healthcare to design complex, automated campaigns that are built on real customer needs and behaviours.

Lead with Data

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of your campaigns. You'll use those insights to make data-driven recommendations that improve performance and drive results.
  • Manage customer data in our CRM system with meticulous care, ensuring accuracy and reliability so that every interaction is meaningful.
  • Continuously evolve our data processes to ensure we are leveraging the best practices in managing customer information.

What You'll Bring to us:

You're passionate about using digital marketing to make a real difference in people's lives. You believe in the power of data to drive decision-making, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where every campaign is designed with purpose. You see email marketing and CRM not just as tools, but as opportunities to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a proven record of driving business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to craft effective strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g. Bloomreach and HubSpot) and analytics tools (such as GA4).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • A passion for customer engagement, with the ability to create personalised, impactful campaigns that foster loyalty and growth.

Why Join NRS Healthcare?

You'll be joining a company with a strong sense of purpose-everything we do is centred around improving lives. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that believes in the power of innovation and empathy to create meaningful change. This role is your opportunity to have a direct impact on our customers' health and well-being while working with passionate colleagues who share your commitment to making a difference.

If you're ready to join us on our mission to enhance lives and make healthcare more accessible, apply today. Together, we'll continue writing the NRS Healthcare story-one email, one campaign, one customer at a time.

We offer competitive salaries, full training and development for your role, as well as a wide range of benefits.
