About the Team

The Head of Sales - CreditSights, EMEA will own and scale the regional go-to-market strategy for CreditSights, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer lifetime value across our portfolio. This manager will lead the regional Sales Specialist team to deliver consistent, predictable growth, improve customer outcomes, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a track record of success measured by performance vs targets, a deep understanding of credit markets in the region, and an optimistic attitude, with a personality that can rally a team and attract new talent.

Fitch Solutions is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales, EMEA for CreditSights. This role will drive near-term revenue growth and market share, while building and executing customized commercial strategies for a multi-product global business. This leader will drive sales and operational excellence, and expand market presence.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Commercial Strategy Development

  • Build and implement strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
  • Partner with business unit leaders on go to market strategies and execution.
  • Expand strategic and new logo opportunities to accelerate growth.

Revenue Generation & Management

  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, striving to exceed quotas while aligning price to value and hitting metrics across different sale types and business units.
  • Develop and manage motivating incentive tools for the commercial team. Balance business decisions and team incentives.
  • Lead bespoke initiatives to scale within existing client types and effectively penetrate new customer types with targeted sales and marketing campaigns
  • Own regional forecasting and territory design.

Talent and Culture

  • Build a culture focused on proactive client engagement and value-based selling.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain diverse commercial talent; instill a high-performance, customer-obsessed, collaborative culture.
  • Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers, while building a culture of accountability and consistency.
  • Do the Fitch sales job externally with prospective employees. Always recruit and demonstrate results through reduced time to hire and retention. Manage underperformers fairly and efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Will own the Gross Sales Target for the Region.
  • Retention of top sales talent.
  • Execution vs Strategic Revenue initiatives.

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Demonstrated experience working across highly complex, multi-product, businesses. Familiar with a multi-product offering. Ideally has had led high performing sales teams.
  • Industry Experience - Possesses 8+ years of experience as a sales leader within the FinTech sector. Deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and competitive landscape. Ability to credibly interact w/ and influence a diverse customer base.
  • Collaboration and Influence - A highly team-oriented and low ego leader with the ability to easily work across functions as 'one team'.
  • Team Builder - Be a true builder that can recognize opportunities and convert them to revenue.
  • Proven successful track record operating in a complex, global, multi-product organization.
