The role in two bullet points:
- Lead and manage credit control, renewals, and billing operations to ensure timely collections and accurate invoicing.
- Oversee a portfolio of key customers, collaborating across departments to improve cash flow and customer retention.
If you need a bit more information...As Credit Control Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Collections. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely debt collection, and overseeing the renewal and billing cycles.
You'll work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and support revenue growth.
