About the Role
As part of the UK TikTok Shop Operation team, the Creator Agency Partner Manager will join the TikTok Shop creator department, responsible for building partnerships and collaborations with talent agencies and creator networks in the UK market, onboarding them to the TikTok Shop Agency Program as CAP (Creator Agency Partner) and driving the scale, business success and long-term sustainability of CAPs on TikTok Shop.
The successful Intern will focus on CAP Acquisition, Onboarding and Incubation, acquire & scale our CAPs, helping with day-to-day operations, and product strategy. All in all, they will aid in pushing revenue targets and absorb admin tasks from Creator Managers to enable them to utilise time to focus on strategic outputs that mirror their skill set and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a strong network of relationships with external UK agencies.
- Help with the efficient onboarding of agency partners, helping to activate and grow their creator roster and generating revenue on TikTok Shop.
- Perform online and offline training sessions for both creators and agencies on the key function and ongoing updates of TikTok Shop.
- Regular data analysis on agencies' e-commerce performance and identifying key growth areas for your agencies alongside team-based data tasks.
- Troubleshooting and navigating internal blockers with various teams inclusive of product development requests.
- Product support incl. topline analysis and merchandising (to grow Brand:Creator relationships, engage creator followers and drive GMV).
- Account Management - helping agencies with day-to-day tasks (product lists, compliance requests, short video production, LIVE support, data analysis) inclusive of adhoc team requests.
- Provide full spectrum support to the CAP team on a daily basis and help with daily requests.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Available to start in May 2025 for a duration of 6 months
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions;
- Relevant experience in social /e-commerce (account management / agency experience would be a plus)
- Good team spirit with the ability to take your own initiative and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong passion for TikTok and its core mission

- Deep passion for TikTok, social commerce, live streaming, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on building and growing a content ecosystem
- Experience in the social commerce or live streaming space and understanding of content trends
