Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Studio Traffic Manager to join our Creative Studio team for a 6 month FTC opportunity to help ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of all creative projects. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Studio Operations and UK Studio Manager to implement and manage studio processes and workflows. You'll play a crucial part in making sure all creative briefs are scheduled with the right resources and delivered on time, while supporting the production of world-class creative work.

Your passion for brand and creative excellence will drive you to meticulously review briefs, ensure clarity and approvals, and proactively manage progress to meet deadlines. With excellent organizational and communication skills, you will be the linchpin in keeping the team aligned, productive, and focused on delivering the best work possible.

You will also explore and test AI and technology-driven opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency within the team.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure sufficient resource is in place to meet the demands of the business ; allocating to every job and closely monitoring progress against deadlines
• Ensure all required assets are in place and advance of job start times, fully approved and have been supplied in the required format and specification
• Hold responsibility for checking sign-off work as it progresses through development and amends to final output
• Provide updates on job status to Brand & Creative Project Managers and wider business stakeholders upon request
• Coach Creative Studio team members as appropriate to ensure best practice and internal processes are adhered to
• Work with Brand Project Managers to establish, embed and enforce quality control measures
• Actively participate in the exploration and implementation of potential AI and other technological solutions which will increase Creative Studio capacity and efficiency
• minimise the need for Freelance spend by making the most effective use of internal resource
