Creative Studio Traffic Manager

We're looking for a Creative Studio Traffic Manager to join our in-house Studio team.

Based within the Marketing & Digital department and reporting into the Senior Digital Experience Manager; as our Creative Studio Traffic Manager you'll be responsible for supporting the in-house design and photographic team with studio workflow, scheduling of all projects, job trafficking and design administrative needs.

As Studio Traffic Manager you will liaise with key stakeholders across the business, managing timings and deadlines, resource mapping and inputting into the delivery plan to prioritise workflow and allocate the necessary resource accordingly.

You will act as the gatekeeper for all projects briefed into the studio, including:

  • POS
  • Packaging
  • Advertising
  • Social
  • Colleague comms.
  • Store comms.

Key responsibilities and deliverables

  • Manage and track deadlines for studio output
  • Ensure creative output meets all brief requirements
  • Establish and embed critical paths for all creative projects
  • Support and guide a team of artworkers; ensuring standards and deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensuring that the day to day management of the studio planner system is running effectively and promptly manage upward if there are issues

Necessary skills/experience

  • Experience of a supervisory position in a creative design studio is essential
  • Project management experience is essential
  • The ability to take a brief and allocate appropriate resource to deliver it effectively is essential
  • The ability to pre-plan, anticipate and manage project related risks and challenges is essential
  • Effective scheduling, reporting and managing of multiple projects is essential
  • The ability to forward plan resource and adapt where necessary is essential
  • An understanding of social creative; design processes and techniques is essential
  • An understanding of print creative and its associated processes is essential
  • Experience in tracking and managing multi-stakeholder campaigns is essential
  • The ability to work at pace is essential
  • Exemplary attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred
  • Ensure brand guidelines and consistently adhered to
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
