Role Description:

BUILDHOLLYWOOD have a huge amount of outdoor poster frames and sites across London and the UK. These are regularly used by our Creative Studio and the build team to create spill boards, which see elements of the artwork extending up and beyond the confines of the frame. We regularly add large 3D props to sites, lights, sound, vinyl's, and smoke machines. We also help clients bring experiential ideas and campaigns to life, providing set, actors, and locations.

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Creative Studio team as Project and Prop Manager. Based in our studio in NW10, the position of Project and Prop Manager will work to coordinate all quotes, contracts, and costings for all potential and actualised projects. You will coordinate the hire, purchase and storage of all props for each project.With a strong background in both project and prop management, you will be providing a creative insight and perspective to resolve problems using achievable means.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Working through briefs to provide creative ideas.
  • Assessing feasibility from a production POV, researching ideas/suppliers etc.
  • Coordinating the costing up of all production, providing accurate project quotes for all requests.
  • Leading internal quote review with key team members, to isolate areas for improvement.
  • Sourcing and booking freelancers/suppliers (Brand Ambassadors, Project managers, WIP photographers, Production Coordinators)
  • Backfilling for on-site activations where required.
  • Joining kick off and briefing calls, to provide an overview of the project and timelines.
  • Being a point of contact for any project queries, on-site contact and liaising with clients when necessary.
  • Managing project deadlines/lead times/budgets and chasing suppliers or amending where necessary.
  • Work with partners who are supplying other elements to a project, coordinating times and costs.
  • Prop sourcing
  • Asset management of the props, including: storage solutions, prop sales, donations and booking system.

About You:

  • A working knowledge of pre-production and project management.
  • Strength in quoting accurately for production.
  • Broad experience across multiple disciplines and mediums.
  • Knowledge of prop/costume houses and fabricators.
  • Ability to work across a multitude of projects at any given time.
  • Happiest working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen communicator.
  • Organised individual.
  • Possesses a professional client facing demeanour.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license required (maximum 3 points)
