Are you an ambitious project manager with a passion for creativity and brand excellence? Join our team at evoke and take the reins in managing high-impact advertising campaigns that elevate our brand. As the Creative Project Manager on the William Hill brand, you'll work closely with our Creative Agency Partners and internal teams to bring exceptional campaigns to life, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll drive the creative process from start to finish, keeping all stakeholders aligned and ensuring our brand shines in every campaign. What you will be doing -

• Be the point of intake for all creative briefs requiring creative development and review these to ensure the creative ask is clear
• Build detailed project and timing plans, defining each step and maintain status reports for each project, sharing status updates at any point the project lifecycle
• Work closely with Creative Agency partners to ensure they align to delivery deadlines and internal Creative Studio dependencies
• Ensure all internal resource requirements are communicated with the Creative Studio Operations team.
• Manage the creative resource assigned to your projects, both internal and external, ensuring their work is completed on time, to the standards required and aligned to the William Hill brand positioning.
• Schedule and host creative review meetings with all key stakeholder assigned to each project, capturing all feedback, aligning on amends required and completed for sign off at all key stages within the creative development process
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, meeting regularly with commercial and marketing teams to update the Creative department on upcoming work.
• Maintain effective relationships and clear communication with the Creative Studio Operations team to ensure a smooth transition from creative development to final asset production

• Have experience in a Creative Project Manager, Account Manager/Director role with ability to manage multiple creative projects
• Be an efficient and confident communicator with excellent presentation skills; well organised and able to prioritise work
• Demonstrative knowledge of creative process, advertising principles and channels, including channel formats and specifications
• Have knowledge or interest in sport and experience in AV production is beneficial
