Description

The Creative Operations Manager sits within our Creative Production team and is pivotal to how we work now, but more importantly, how we're going to work in the future. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background to drive operational excellence, has experience in setting up data frameworks and making data-driven changes, and can help sharpen our performance metrics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technology, Legal, Procurement and external agencies, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Additionally, strong organisational management and communication skills are essential for managing multiple projects and identifying new automation and efficiency opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the team lead to build an outstanding operations function, with an emphasis on processes, workflows, tools, data, consistency and efficiency.
  • Responsible for developing and improving the Creative Operations infrastructure to support the efficient delivery of hundreds of creative campaigns per year across Europe for our in-house Creative team.
  • Aligning with Creative leadership, own the strategy for all internal and external creative agency resource allocation and utilisation, ensuring our creative resources match our objectives and the needs of our internal business partners.
  • Build and improve the operating model to utilise a combination of the internal full-time Creative team, flexible staff and external agencies.
  • Implement and manage data framework to foster and support the team's business reporting and provide input on progress.
  • Support the Creative leadership and team in developing, managing and supporting key workflows and automation tools to support efficient creative development at scale.
  • Collaborate across our internal business partners to improve the understanding and drive adoption of creative resource processes and workflow tools.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to optimise workflows, introduce tools, or improve reporting, in an evolving effort to improve efficiency and team engagement.
  • Research new ways of working, including building AI into our roadmap.
  • Work closely with the team lead to ensure projects are planned effectively to ensure timely delivery and within budgets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in Creative Operations using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience implementing creative technology and tools in new and existing workflows.
  • Vast experience building operation models, workflows, automation. Experience with AI is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on finding solutions for clients, improving internal processes, and delivering actionable feedback.
  • Must be fluent in English and with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a big plus.
