Your new role at NewDay

We're growing our inhouse agency and we're now looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help us deliver phenomenal creative across our range of brands. Working closely with the Studio Manager and creative planners, you'll manage the timings and deadlines associated with large projects but also the associated individual briefs through excellent relationships you're your collaborators. You'll support in the overall running of the studio team budgets and cost management, as well as scoping projects and creating SOW documents. Super organised and structured, you will help to improve processes, off the back of data and reporting and work hand in hand with the Studio Manger to make strategic decisions about resource management.

You'll deliver

  • Creative project management - making sure all briefs are delivered on time. Liaising with customers and problem solving where necessary to ensure successful delivery
  • Studio budget management, cost forecasting and tracking costs against projects
  • Studio reporting, including creating new reports to improve time and cost efficiencies

What you'll bring

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

  • You'll own campaigns and projects from start to finish, effortlessly managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines while ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • With a deep understanding of creative workflows and project management tools, you're always on the lookout for smarter ways to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
  • You're a numbers person who enjoys digging into budget and cost management processes, consistently finding opportunities to optimize financial outcomes.
  • As a natural communicator and team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment, keeping everyone on track and ensuring smooth project progression.
  • You excel at balancing immediate deadlines with long-term impact, ensuring both financial goals and broader business priorities are met.

And would love you to know or learn:

  • Some Agile methodology
  • General understanding of marketing objectives, tactics and channels
  • An understanding of the additional customer and regulatory responsibilities of a financial services company
