The team

We're looking for a Creative Director to work alongside our ECD at ITV Creative, running the campaign team. They'll have a mid-senior level team and two junior-mid teams working into them.

The role

Helping our teams concept, develop and produce brilliant 360 campaigns to promote our biggest shows and events, including longer term ITV brand work.

Key responsibilities

We're looking to really raise the bar at ITV Creative - to compete with the best of the broadcasters and streamers to get people excited about our shows and our brand. In this role you'll head up the campaign creative team, delivering concepts that work across TV, digital, social and outdoor. You'll help craft briefs with our strategy team and working closely with our ECD. This role is about getting stuck in - watching rough cuts of shows and reading scripts - to help shape attention grabbing trail ideas, key art, social and all the other good stuff, stemming from a cohesive campaign thought. You'll need to sell ideas to stakeholders within ITV but also at our production partners.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • A great creative eye for art and copy
  • A passion for TV and entertainment
  • An ability to work with high-level stakeholders and to build positive long term relationships in a large organisation.
  • A collaborative nature, you'll be comfortable leading teams, managing workloads and timelines for yourself and others.
  • Ability to present and sell through complex concepts and create large-scale campaign thoughts.
  • Creative stamina to keep pushing the quality of the work

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

  • Proven experience working as a CD.
  • Someone well rounded - who can work across art, copy, film, digital, social (and beyond) to create different-shaped ideas.
  • Experience working at established advertising agencies or in broadcast
  • An up to date portfolio site, showing recent work for well known brands/properties.
