Creative Director

As Creative Director at ITG, you will be part of a senior creative leadership team, focused on delivering creative vision and strategy, building and developing teams and championing the delivery of creative halo content for a breadth of clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, including in-store, print, digital, and social media.
  • Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging visual and copy elements that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
  • Manage a team of creatives, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines.
  • Own the brands you're tasked with overseeing; championing best practice creative and output by challenging the teams working on them.
  • Lead creative playbacks internally and with client
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and positive, credible relationships with clients.

How to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a Creative Director position, ideally in an agency environment with experience working across multiple brands.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting ideas and concepts with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results within budget constraints.
  • Embrace feedback and continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in both personal and team performance.

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and ensure the highest quality in all deliverables.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client preferences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Decision-making and communication: Ability to quickly process information to quickly make informed decisions, to communicate those decisions in a concise and compelling way, to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Strategic approach to creative: You can articulate the 'why' in all creative ouputs, aligned to brief, channel and brand.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or related field.
    • Previous experience leading a Creative team within an agency or brand-side, ideally in the fashion category.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Extensive experience in driving brand reappraisal through brand building.
