About the role:

The Creative Director will shape and execute the brand's visual and verbal identity across all marketing and customer-facing touchpoints. You will lead a talented team of designers, content creators, and brand managers to ensure brand consistency, storytelling, and creative strategy that resonates deeply with our target audience: SMBs and enterprise customers. This role will also oversee the rebranding efforts and the development of a new website to support Tidio's next phase of growth.

As Creative Director you will:

  • Lead the team responsible for brand and website development, aligning their efforts around Tidio's business objectives and our positioning in the customer communication space.
  • Manage and execute a company-wide rebranding initiative, providing a smooth transition across all touchpoints, both internal and external.
  • Oversee the strategy, design, and development of Tidio's new website making sure it's both visually compelling and highly functional.
  • Create and oversee the development of impactful creative assets (e.g., ads, presentations, social media, videos, webinars) that resonate with both SMB and enterprise audiences.
  • Be a visionary storyteller who will create award-worthy campaigns and unforgettable brand work.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Translate creative vision into actionable goals by closely monitoring key metrics and improving business outcomes.

You're a perfect fit if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (Creative Director, Senior Art Director, etc.) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Are an expert in brand building and managing brand consistency across digital platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Can share with us a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative projects, including work that resonates with both SMB and enterprise-level audiences.
  • Have experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (including areas like design, brand, web and content) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Are a passionate leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams to produce their best work.
  • Understand UX/UI principles and have proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) .
  • Have experience in supervising digital marketing tactics such as social media, webinars, email marketing, and demand generation.
  • Are a creative storyteller - you know how to craft engaging narratives that align with brand values and resonate with target audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
