Job Description

Job Responsibilities
oConduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
oDefine and articulate a clear and compelling vision for each brand.
oIdentify and analyze target audiences, tailoring strategies to meet their needs and preferences.
oDifferentiate each brand by defining unique value propositions and positioning in the market.
oCraft and communicate compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences.
oOversee the development and evolution of each brand's visual identity, including logos, etc
oGenerate innovative creative concepts for campaigns, photoshoots, and digital content.
oDevelop and implement content strategies for social media, email marketing, website visuals, and other digital platforms.
oPlan and execute impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
oEnsure cross-channel activation of campaigns, including online platforms, social media, email marketing, and offline events.
oTeam Leadership
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role within fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Proven track record of successful brand positioning and campaign activation across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
