Our marketing team is looking for a Creative Designer, to support the brand with visually impactful, show stopping assets. You'll work under the leadership of the Head of Brand and alongside the Content Marketing Manager, as well as agencies / freelancers where required.

AnyVan thrives on good humour, wit and having fun while getting it done, but this hasn't always been visible externally in our marketing. Whether buying their first home, gifting their daughter her first piano or securing a pre-loved dining table, we're part of our customers' most moving moments. We are re-energising the brand tone of voice and visual identity to breathe life into the brand for our customers-everything from our website to the vans our transport partners drive is ready for some creative TLC.

This role is for someone who likes to produce creative assets with real character and wants to make a mark on the brand.

What you'll be doing:

    • Turn out a wide range of graphic design deliverables on time and on spec to meet needs across the business; web concepts and imagery, CRM, brand, direct mail, OOH, organic and paid social
    • Support the development and roll out of our new visual identity across a range of touchpoints, setting the bar for first-class visual executions
    • Contribute to ideation and concepting for a wide range of creative challengesContribute to the production of photo and video shoots, informing the creative direction and helping capture engaging video content
    • Create highly engaging, relevant organic and paid social content - from thumb stopping Meta ads to reactive social posts
    • Be a brand guardian, ensuring all visual assets are developed in line with guidelinesLook after assets, and store them where they can be found easily and quickly

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful in the role:

    • Experience working with challenger brands in a fast paced consumer focused environment
    • Solid experience designing in all digital and print fields (with understanding of the different print parameters)
    • Total Adobe Suite and Figma fluency
    • Comfortable using Premiere Pro, and ideally, some familiarity with After Effects
    • Experience artworking and can do some retouching in Photoshop pro
    • A portfolio that shows creative flare across mediums (please provide a link with your application)
    • Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition
    • An eye for exceptional design and outstanding attention to detail
    • A bias to action with a proven track record of getting things done at high tempo
    • Natural storytelling chops, with an instinct for what grabs attention and makes people share or engage with content
    • An appetite to learn, adapt your style and openness to feedback

    • The ability to explain and articulate your ideas clearly
    • A sense for when to ship work, and when to finesse
    • Ideally one or more supporting skills to enhance our existing team, e.g illustration, animation, motion graphics or an interest in photography

Working Patterns

We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in Hammersmith.

We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
