Salary: £35,047 – £38,469
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Air Sector creative team in executing design and video projects across various mediums such as print, digital, Microsoft Office programmes and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing, campaign and internal communication priorities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets such as website graphics, intranet banners, Outlook email templates, and social media assets
- Assist in the creation of video assets, including content capture and basic editing, ensuring content adheres to BAE Systems brand guidelines
- Maintain organised file management systems to ensure efficient retrieval and archiving of design assets. Assist with additional administrative projects to support overall team objectives as necessary
- Support plc Communications activities from time to time as requested by the Air Sector and/or plc Communications Director(s)
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Suitable for a recent graduate or someone with minimal content creation experience looking to further their career with a move into Aviation or Defence.
- Experience of Design & Production for Digital / Print
- Experience of design and video software – applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Experience or the ability to create digital assets for websites, intranet, Outlook / email templates and social media platforms.
- Experience of videography and photography – filming and editing
- Ability to showcase a portfolio of work
Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent experience within Content Creation and Digital Marketing
