MID-WEIGHT ART DIRECTOR

The purpose of this role is to work with your creative partner to craft creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of ideas that work hard for a wide range of clients and services.

By responding to briefs, you will create and present solutions and big ideas (sometimes little ideas) that will not only cut through the noise in across a multitude of channels but be on trend and ahead of the curve across both modern and traditional creativity.

Once presented, you will shape the work by developing and considering layouts, brand narratives, the target audience all the while making sure that the final product is best-in-class by working with a range of producers, designers and artworkers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes creative concepts together with a copy partner at the direction of a Creative Director

• Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
• Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
• Visualises concepts and interprets them into design
• Takes ownership of creative work and leads by example
• Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
• Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client's business
• Is motivated by originality and looking for opportunities to break the mould when given a chance
• Acts a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management
• Takes ownership of your work and is a self-starter
• Wants to contribute towards creating an enjoyable and rewarding company and wants to have fun
